I’m a part-time nomad. I love exploring our beautiful country in my RV with my partner in crime, my dog Freddy.

 I feel I do my best work surrounded by the beauty of nature which provides me endless inspiration.

 Work-life balance is an integral part of my identity and my goal is to bring more balance to your work life!

With over 20 years of project management experience in the marketing and advertising world, I've built my career on one core belief: the right systems change everything.

My superpower is finding the hidden inefficiencies in how you're working — then transforming them into streamlined workflows that actually make sense for your life and your business. I break complex projects into clear, achievable steps with realistic timelines, so nothing falls through the cracks and nothing keeps you up at night.

I've spent over a decade managing teams, and what I've learned is that great leadership isn't about control — it's about knowing what lights people up and empowering them to own it. That philosophy drives everything I do for my clients.
